Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you use the DevPartner website, public enquiry form, calculators and early-access workspace. DevPartner is a product brand. The legal operator responsible for a paid engagement will be identified in the written engagement before that work begins.

1. Data we collect

  • Enquiry data — name, email, optional phone, organisation, role, city, message, plan interest and the consent you provide.
  • Account data — identity, email, organisation membership, role and authentication records.
  • Development data — site facts, assumptions, scenarios, documents, notes, calculation inputs, model outputs and frozen report versions.
  • Security and audit data — sign-in and access events, changes, exports, request identifiers, timestamps and technical diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Attribution data — landing page, referrer and campaign parameters when supplied by your browser.

2. What we do not collect through the public site

There is no online checkout at launch, so the public site does not collect payment-card or bank-account details. Do not enter government identifiers, banking credentials or unrelated sensitive personal information into free-text fields.

3. Why we use data

  • to record and respond to an enquiry you submit;
  • to authenticate users and enforce organisation and role boundaries;
  • to run the calculations, scenarios and reports you request;
  • to preserve version history, provenance, auditability and security evidence;
  • to prevent abuse, investigate incidents and maintain service reliability;
  • to improve the product using aggregated or appropriately limited operational evidence; and
  • to comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.

4. Consent and requested services

The public enquiry form requires consent before contact details are stored. Account and workspace data is processed to provide the service you request and to keep it secure. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be requested at the relevant point.

Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already carried out lawfully. Some data may still need to be retained for security, audit, dispute or legal reasons.

5. Sharing

Personal data may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

  • service providers used to host, secure, maintain or support the Platform, subject to appropriate contractual and access controls;
  • another product, consultant or commercial counterparty when you explicitly request or authorise a hand-off;
  • professional advisers where needed for legal, security, audit or compliance work; and
  • authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

DevPartner does not sell personal data.

6. Authentication, local storage and analytics

Authentication and session information may be stored in your browser so that signed-in features work. Operational measurement is recorded server-side where a verified action occurs. No third-party analytics or advertising provider is claimed as active merely because the code can support one; this notice will be updated before any materially different tracking is enabled.

7. Retention

Data is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate the requested service, maintain version and audit evidence, resolve disputes, protect the Platform and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and engagement. A deletion request will be reviewed against those requirements rather than being answered with an invented fixed period.

8. Security

The Platform uses controls including encrypted transport, authentication, role and organisation checks, row-level security, restricted server-side data paths, audit events and least-privilege access where implemented. No system is risk-free. Do not use the Platform as the only repository for an irreplaceable original document.

9. International processing

Some infrastructure or support providers may process data outside India. Such processing must remain subject to applicable Indian law, provider safeguards and any restrictions that apply at the time.

10. Your requests

You may request, subject to identity verification and applicable law:

  • a summary of personal data associated with you;
  • correction or completion of inaccurate data;
  • deletion of data that no longer needs to be retained;
  • withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent; or
  • review of a privacy concern or grievance.

Submit a request through the contact page or email pmmanjith@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or enquiry, but do not send passwords or authentication secrets. This founder account is the interim privacy contact until a dedicated DevPartner mailbox is verified.

11. Children

The Platform is intended for adults and business users. Do not submit personal data about a child unless a lawful, specifically authorised use has been agreed in writing.

12. Changes

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. A paid engagement may also include a more specific data-processing or confidentiality provision.
